About the Company:
We are seeking for specialist QS with a strong portfolio in carpentry and cabinetry works for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control and contract administration efforts, ensuring the financial success of our client's projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tender submissions, cost estimates, and pricing for carpentry/cabinetry works
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Administer contracts, including variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and provide timely reports on budget vs. actual
• Conduct site measurements and valuations
• Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications
• Mentor junior QS staff and oversee their development

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Preferably minimum 5 years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in carpentry/cabinetry projects
• Strong understanding of cost control, contract administration, and project financials
• Proficient in MS Office and QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
