Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor (and Senior) to support electrical projects from our Aljunied office, with occasional site visits.

You will calculate quantities and costs, prepare tender packages, track expenses, and manage variations. Strong knowledge of pre-tender activities and electrical cost structures is essential. Basic salary up to S$3,800 (monthly) plus variable bonus and AWS, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in electrical works.
• Electrical project background is required.
• Knowledge of pre-tender activities is required.
• Understand electrical project costs, quantities and commercial requirements.
• Willing to conduct occasional site visits.

• Calculate quantities, materials, labour and timeframes before a project begins.
• Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track ongoing expenses, manage variations arising from changes in design or scope, and forecast financial outcomes.
• Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.
• Identify commercial risks and assist in resolving contractual claims or disputes.

Quantity Surveyor: Up to S$3,800 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS

Senior Quantity Surveyor: Up to S$4,800 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS

(Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Work Location: Aljunied – Office-based (Occasional Site Visits Required)
