Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Commercial team in daily operations and reporting for critical projects. You will support cost and budget reporting, contract administration, and liaison with stakeholders to ensure contract obligations are understood and reflected.

The role involves RFQ handling, progress claims, variations, and ad hoc tasks as directed by management across engineering and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences/ Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering and construction projects.
• Experience in data centre, hospital, heavy industrial or EPC projects preferred.
• Experience handling contract administration and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Commercial Manager with daily commercial operations.
• Assist with cost and budget reporting.
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Attend contract admin and documentation for the project.
• Ensure stakeholders understand and reflect contractual obligations.
• Manage RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre/post-contract stages.
• Handle progress claims with clients and subcontractors.
• Support variation and claim procedures.
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed by management.
