Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
  • Prepare and submit tenders within specified deadlines.
  • Source, plan, negotiate, and award contracts to vendors.
  • Oversee material order processing and implement cost control measures.
  • Evaluate and process vendor claims efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to consultants on time.
  • Finalize project accounts with both clients and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Diploma in a related field.
