AWIN SURFACE COATING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial aspects of projects from pre-contract to final account.

You will lead cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and reporting, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with project teams. You will review tenders, manage variations, and ensure value for money, compliance with NEC/FIDIC/JCT contracts, and robust cost controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or cost management within construction or infrastructure.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract commercial management, including estimating, procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, JCT, or equivalent contracts.
• Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with commercial/measurement software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost plans, budgets, estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents at project stages.
• Undertake measurement, quantification, benchmarking, and cost analysis from drawings and site information.
• Review quotations, tender returns, and final accounts for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Lead procurement activities, including evaluating tenders and negotiating terms.
• Prepare, administer, and interpret construction contracts and commercial documentation.
• Monitor budgets, accruals, cash flow, and cost-value reconciliation.
• Administer change control, variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Lead and mentor Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
