HAO HONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 4 years of civil engineering experience to manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, process quantity surveys, and administer contracts for LTA infrastructure projects.

You will support effective cost management, ensure contractual obligations are met, and handle payment certifications, site progress, and VO costs under supervision.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience in LTA infrastructure works.
• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Willing to explore project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Seeks quotations, negotiates and follows up with trades subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handles quantities per bill of quantities and Excel breakdowns.
• Submits monthly progress claims and follows up on payment certificates.
• Coordinates sample submissions.
• Certifies subcontractors' claims based on site progress and quantities.
• Administers contracts to ensure cost management and contractual obligations.
• Identifies and ensures timely VO cost and final accounts under supervision.
