Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Handle variation orders, progress claim and final account settlement
• Prepare quotation and liaise with suppliers
• Responsible for taking off of BQ

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or related studies
• Min 3 years of working experience in similar position
• Excellent ability in contract administration and variation order
• Meticulous, independent ability to work in a team
• Prefer candidates with main-con experience
