Job summary

A leading construction company is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost analysis, contract negotiations, and managing all QS related tasks. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Building and over 5 years of relevant experience in main contractors, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5 years and above experience as QS in main contractor companies.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and administration.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons.
• Obtain quotations and liaise with subcontractors.
• Prepare Variation Orders and manage subcontractor payments.
