• Tender and Contract documents administration
• Prepare BQ, cost estimation, cost control and cost estimation
• Responsible in quantity take off, claim preparations, variations and final accounts
• Understand the market updates and construction cost trend
• Good knowledge in Contract and QS procedures and pricing
• Strong leadership skill and able to lead the QS team
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior
