Job description

We are a Singapore-based specialist contractor focusing on façade systems, curtain walls, and architectural aluminium works. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage full QS scope for façade and aluminium projects, including tendering, costing, and final account settlement.
• Prepare interim progress claims, variation orders, and cost reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for all contractual and commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and BCA regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of QS experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Strong background in façade systems, curtain wall, or aluminium works.
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Bluebeam, and CostX.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (preferred for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers).

Advantages:
