Job summary

A leading company in maintenance services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project management and contractual requirements in Singapore. The successful candidate will handle project budgeting, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Candidates with a diploma in civil engineering or quantity surveying and experience in façade work will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with façade would be an advantage.
• Able to speak English and Chinese.

• Ensure timely kick-off and proper handing-over of newly secured projects.
• Negotiate commercial terms for new and existing contracts.
• Prepare tender documents and manage project budgets.

Job description

• Ensure to achieve Company’s targeted yearly turnover.
• Ensures timely kick-off and proper handing-over of newly secured projects.
• Participates in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
• Liaises with relevant parties to ensure all project disputes/ clarifications are settled.
• Attend site meeting, liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers and to ensure proper documentation. Sources, identify and secure new business opportunities for the Company.
• Ensuring all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with and responding to all contractual matters involving cost and time implications.
• Preparing tender documents and quantities, providing cost estimates, evaluating tender proposals, conducting project feasibility studies and managing cost information for all projects Assist on any contractual issues with client, subcontractor and consultants.
• Negotiate commercial terms conditions for new and existing contracts
• Involve project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation
• Previous experience with façade would be advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to speak English and Chinese.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gul Circle. 5.5workweek.
