Job description

Responsibilities:

· Leading a team of QS to support day to day site operation.

· Managing the project budget.

· Identifying variation order and ensure V.Os are submitted on timely basis.

· Preparation and submission of main contract progress claim and coordination with site team in order to achieve monthly cash flow target.

· Evaluation of subcontractors' payment and providing strategies for the control of the subcontractors' variation order.

· Procurement of Subcontract awards.

· Reviewing of Subcontracts and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

· Preparation of Final Accounts.

· Attending site progress meeting, technical meeting etc.

Requirements:

· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or related field.

· Strong understanding and working knowledge of the construction industry, particularly with main contractors.

· Minimum of 8 years of related working experience in construction industry.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

· Process good analytical skills, and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment to meet critical deadline.

· Able to commence work with short notice.
