Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating payments, guiding junior staff, and ensuring high-quality project work. This full-time position offers Monday to Friday working hours.

Job Description:

• Prepares tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other related documentation.

• Evaluates and processes progress payments for subcontractors and suppliers.

• Prepares and submits progress claims and variation orders to the client.

• Finalizes and settles accounts with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Leads, mentors, and supervises junior quantity surveyors, ensuring quality and accuracy of their work while providing guidance on project requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building

• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in civil industry

• Capable of working independently and delivering results within tight deadlines

Other Details:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30am - 5:30pm
