McConnell Dowell is seeking Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our projects in Singapore. If you're passionate about contract administration, forecasting project costs, and managing subcontracts like a pro, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our project team, you will:

• Lead Contract Administration - Oversee variation processes, maintain contract compliance, and manage audit-ready documentation across the project lifecycle.
• Drive Forecasting and Cost Control - Process progress claims and payments, prepare cost forecasts, and identify opportunities to enhance project profitability.
• Manage Subcontract and Supplier Agreements - Administer subcontracts, track deliverables, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Ensure Delivery Excellence - Support project execution by managing change instructions, tracking drawings and materials, and conducting contract close-out activities.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Certified qualifications in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience with a main contractor on building projects
• Experience in drafting contract letters, contract administration, cost forecasting, and subcontractor management
