Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and recommend awards.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets and cost control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Administer and manage contracts, including progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost and contractual matters are properly managed.
  • Provide commercial support to project managers and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil trade.
  • Strong knowledge of local construction contracts and tender processes.
  • Proficient in cost control software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
