Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and recommend awards.
- Manage and monitor project budgets and cost control throughout the project life cycle.
- Administer and manage contracts, including progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost and contractual matters are properly managed.
- Provide commercial support to project managers and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil trade.
- Strong knowledge of local construction contracts and tender processes.
- Proficient in cost control software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
