Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and scheduling of Project activities.
• Project planning, quality control planning and risk management for project.
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure all construction progress as schedule.
• Prepare tender BQ costing & submission, progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
• Liase with main contractors, sub-contractors & project team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in furniture, interior design/construction industry.
• Relevant working experience for interior fitting out commercial project.
• Independent team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
