The role requires a proven track record in updating budgets, variation orders, and cost estimation, with strong leadership to drive project delivery across civil, infrastructure, data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial plant projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or civil infra projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Track record of successful project implementation.
• Min 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalise main contract documents.
• Invite, tabulate, negotiate quotations, and prepare sub-contract agreements.
• Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims and interim payments.
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget, cost estimation and monitoring.
• Site assessment and measurement of work done.
• Finalising of accounts after project completion.
• Handle contract administration, correspondences and documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Review and finalise main contract documents;
• Invitation, tabulation and negotiation of quotations, and preparation of Sub-contract agreements;
• Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to clients / main contractors and recommendation of interim payments for sub-contractors;
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget, cost estimation and monitoring;
• Site assessment and measurement of work done;
• Finalising of accounts immediately after project completion;
• All contract administration, correspondences and documentation works;
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time or on ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

• Documented history working within any building construction, civil infrastructure, data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial plant projects.
• Strong sense of leadership, able to motivate and work with team members to deliver project deliverables.
• A proven track record of successful project implementation in the construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in similar capacity for construction and architecture projects
