Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or higher; 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, semiconductor or regulated industries.
• 5+ years of leadership in a quality function.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor customer expectations.
• Experience in leading 8D, 5 Why and cause‑and‑effect investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Quality Team and mentor quality organization.
• Drive site quality goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee internal/external audits (QMS and ISO); coordinate with central QA.
• Manage subcontractors for metrology and analytical support as needed.
• Standardize quality policies, workflows and work instructions across site.
