Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA across the BU, spanning R&D, production and customer support. You will set quality goals, drive corrective actions, and strengthen IPD and product development processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in quality roles, including 3+ years in management, and strong familiarity with ISO9001 and Six Sigma tools. The incumbent will mentor teams and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in quality roles, including 3+ years in management; R&D quality preferred.
• At least 5 years in quality-related work, preferably in R&D quality.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and quality tools: 8D, QC tools, APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma, QCC.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Familiar with hardware, software, FPGA and mechanical development processes.
• Knowledge of IPD processes; setting up or implementing IPD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D to plan quality from early product development stages.
• Oversee quality activities across the BU including product development, customer requirements, and sales support.
• Set quality goals for BU and support departments; track achievement.
• Build and improve quality systems, project development and IPD processes.
• Identify risks, monitor quality performance, drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle customer complaints and major quality issues and ensure closure.
