Collins Aerospace Additive Design and Manufacturing (ADaM) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to serve as the onsite quality focal point and strengthen the site's QMS. You will drive product and process quality, support NPI/APQP, and lead RCCA activities with cross-functional teams.

You will manage FAI to AS9102, establish inspection strategies, and push continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods while coordinating with the US and Singapore quality organizations.

Qualifications

• University degree in STEM with 8+ years experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in regulated QMS such as AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
• Experience leading quality activities in manufacturing with limited oversight.
• Demonstrated root cause analysis, corrective action, and problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering and Quality.
• Experience interpreting drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Experience with inspection, measurement, or metrology.
• Experience with MRB, supplier quality and corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as onsite quality focal point and ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Lead RCCA activities, containment, and preventive actions.
• Support NPI, APQP, product qualification, and FAI processes.
• Manage FAI to AS9102 and develop inspection strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on process controls.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methods.
