Job summary

air energi group singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a (Senior) Quality Engineer with hands-on metallurgy expertise to ensure compliance with aerospace quality requirements and lead non-conformance investigations.

You will develop quality procedures, support audits, and drive improvements across engineering, production, and operations, maintaining AS9100/ISO9001 and NADCAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on metallurgical laboratory experience, including material evaluation, metallurgical analysis, and failure investigations.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, and CAPA.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience conducting internal, supplier, or process audits.
• Exposure to aerospace special processes such as Heat Treatment, Plasma Coating, and NDT.
• NADCAP audit knowledge or experience.
