Job description

• Plans and executes Internal Audit.

• Develops quality plans for contracted installation projects.

• Develops quality plans for the contracted maintenance services.

• Conducts inspection and test of contracted maintenance services.

• Conducts inspection and test of contracted installation projects at site.

• Conducts Integrated Management System training to new staff.

• Verifies the reliability of production test stations, software, and test sample.

• Provides safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department.

• Analyses documents and data for continual improvement.

• Coordinates departmental activities and responsibilities with other departments.

• Liaises with outside party on quality, environmental, occupational health & safety issue.

• Updates specifications of external origin.

• Maintains the company’s Integrated Management System Manual and Procedures.

• Controls all quality, environmental, occupational health & safety publications and supporting documents to ensure that it is current and updated.

Qualification

• Diploma in any discipline.
