A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management professional to oversee internal audits and develop quality plans for projects. The role involves conducting inspections, training staff, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and relevant certifications in quality and safety management.
Plans and executes Internal Audit.
Develops quality plans for contracted installation projects.
Develops quality plans for the contracted maintenance services.
Conducts inspection and test of contracted maintenance services.
Conducts inspection and test of contracted installation projects at site.
Conducts Integrated Management System training to new staff.
Verifies the reliability of production test stations, software, and test sample.
Provides safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department.
Analyses documents and data for continual improvement.
Coordinates departmental activities and responsibilities with other departments.
Liaises with outside party on quality, environmental, occupational health & safety issue.
Updates specifications of external origin.
Maintains the company’s Integrated Management System Manual and Procedures.
Controls all quality, environmental, occupational health & safety publications and supporting documents to ensure that it is current and updated.
Qualification
Diploma in any discipline.
Certification in Work Health and Safety.
Certification in ISO Trainer / Auditor.
Proficient in ISO QEHS systems.
