5 Days working - Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-off and source for reliable suppliers and sub-contractors
• Prepare and evaluate quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Manage the preparation and timely submission of progress claims and sub-contractor claims
• Identify, prepare, and submit variation orders and ensure contractual entitlements are secured
• Administer contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are complied with
• Resolve disputes with stakeholders and assist in finalization of project accounts
• Participate in tender submissions as directed by the team lead

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Lead tender submissions and pricing for building projects
• Develop costing strategies, including detailed cost breakdowns and risk evaluation
• Oversee projects from tender to final account, ensuring profitability and compliance
• Guide and mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
• At least [5] years of relevant experience; candidates with sufficient experience may be considered for the Senior QS role
