Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of pre- and post-contract management and duties.
2. Manage procurement processes through outsourcing, analyse tender submissions, and recommend preferred bidders to management.
3. Conduct contract reviews and negotiate terms both upstream and downstream.
4. Represent the company professionally to clients on all contractual matters, including insurance, EOT, variations, and claims account submissions, ensuring mutually satisfactory outcomes.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of local and international standard forms of contracts.
6. Work autonomously and be skilled in both contract management and quantity surveying, with the ability to communicate information fluently and concisely.
7. Manage and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors (QS) on tendering matters, including:
   Attending tender showrounds/tender briefings with clients and consultants.
   Attending tender interviews with clients and consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma / degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a contract management/quantity surveying role within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MEP system will be an advantage.
