Job summary

INDICON PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned QA/QC inspector to ensure assembly processes meet quality standards. You will inspect, document results, and partner with production to resolve issues while supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include reading drawings and BOMs, verifying torque, and maintaining quality checklists. Strong English communication and hands-on problem solving are essential. Day shift in Singapore. AWS health and dental insurance offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to established Quality processes to maintain product standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, wire lists, and BOMs to guide assembly and inspection tasks.
• Install pre-labeled harnesses accurately using Work Instructions to ensure correct assembly.
• Perform visual inspections and verify torque application; mark torque points as required.
• Complete Quality Checklists and update the Inspection Data Base to document results.
• Respond promptly to Production Line requests for Quality support and address concerns effectively.
• Identify and document deficiencies; request rework to maintain quality.
• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure quality concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members to collaboratively solve quality problems.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze issues and support quality goals.
• Use digital tools such as Teams, Excel, and Outlook to manage tasks and communication.
• Practice 6S daily to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Manage multiple tasks and quality calls to support production needs.
