About Collaboration Suite:

Binance Collaboration Suite is an integrated internal system including backend management, customer service platforms, employee management, reimbursement systems, and more. It aims to improve internal team collaboration and streamline workflows by reducing information silos.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional testing activities: analyze requirements, design and execute test cases.
• Develop and maintain frontend automation scripts using Cypress.
• Design specialized testing solutions including API automation and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers for requirement reviews, defect fixes, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate integration testing with third-party teams.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production/test issues, perform root-cause analysis.
• Own and improve release management and deployment processes.
• Manage tasks effectively while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a senior role with complex systems exposure.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Java or Python, with frameworks like TestNG or Pytest.
• Experienced with Cypress for front-end automation; familiarity with React or Vue is a plus.
• Skilled in API testing tools like Postman and JMeter; experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of mini-program debugging tools (WeChat DevTools) and mobile testing frameworks (Appium, Detox).

Soft Skills:

• Strong communicator able to articulate risks and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Analytical thinker who designs user-focused test scenarios and prioritizes critical issues.
• Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and improving testing processes.

Remote Work Skills:

• Self-motivated and able to deliver independently with flexible work arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in security, performance, or chaos testing.
• Knowledge of IM protocols (WebSocket, Socket.IO).
• Background in crypto wallets, DAO, or decentralized identity chat testing.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture testing.
