Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a visionary Python & Data Engineer to bridge AI technology with mission-critical supply chain operations. You will spearhead a cross-functional team of software and AI application developers to architect and deploy an integrated, end-to-end intelligent supply chain ecosystem.

We require at least 5 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML, expert-level Python, time-series forecasting, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or Data Science.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML development.
• Expert-level Python for ML modeling and backend systems.
• Experience with time-series forecasting and constraint-based optimization.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP/WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration of an AI-driven supply chain platform.
• Develop prediction models for inventory forecasting considering seasonality and lead times.
• Build automated procurement systems and optimization engines for logistics.
• Mentor engineers and enforce code quality, architecture, and MLOps.
• Audit and redesign legacy workflows using design thinking to enable AI implementation.
