The Public Relations Manager/Marketing Communications Manager oversees marketing communication initiatives for the company, its products, services, and personal branding for shareholders.
Responsibilities include managing events and collateral with internal and external stakeholders, and developing internal and external communication plans to maximize return on investment. The role requires close collaboration with all departments to ensure brand consistency across markets and product lines.
The manager ensures marketing campaigns, including social media, meet sales targets, produce high-quality materials on time and within budget, and foster relationships with local and international media outlets. They also enhance the property's brand presence on social media and monitor online reviews for appropriate responses.
Key duties include:
