A leading real estate developer in Asia seeks a Senior Property Management Executive to support their industrial park project. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, fostering tenant relationships, and managing contractors. Senior/ Property Management Executive (Asia’s Leading Developer) - Tracy T.
Join one of Asia’s leading real estate developers with a proven track record of over 20 years in the industry. Our client has delivered an outstanding portfolio that includes private residential, mixed-use developments and commercial properties projects—featuring some of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks.
They are currently seeking a Senior/ Property Management Executive to support an industrial park project.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the upkeep of buildings, focusing on cleanliness and security
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for company-managed properties
Oversee and coordinate with contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation projects
Foster positive relationships with tenants and business partners
Respond promptly to complaints, feedback, and service requests
Manage the handover and takeover process of premises to and from tenants or buyer
Serve as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (e.g., SIC, ERT, First Aider)
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
At least 2 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management
Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are advantageous
WSQ certification in SIC and ERT is a plus
Possessing own transport is a plus.
Proactive team player with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
Capable of working independently and managing tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
