Job summary

A leading company in the property sector is seeking a Building Manager to oversee fit-out and reinstatement works. The role involves liaising with tenants, reviewing design requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a diploma in Building/Real Estate Management and relevant experience in tenancy and commercial fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Fit-Out Building/Property.
• Familiar with relevant authorities’ requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, keys, and units for handover.
• Main point of contact for unit's fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Organize inspections with tenants and contractors post-completion.

Job description

• Prepare documents, keys and units to be handed over and taken over for all retail and office units.
• Provide orientation with tenants on design requirements upon confirmation of unit tenancy.
• Liaise with the Building and M&E team to review tenants’ office design, both architectural and M&E.
• Main point of contact for the unit's fit-out and reinstatement works during design, fit-out period and completion.
• Organize for inspection with tenants and contractors upon completing fit-out or reinstatement work.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of tenancy work experience in Commercial Fit-Out Building/Property.
• Familiar with relevant authorities’ requirements and compliance and equipped with the required M&E knowledge.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
