We are looking for a dedicated Senior / Property Executive to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our estate. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel in compliance, administration, and customer service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily estate operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all building statutory regulations and acts.
  • Enforce house rules and bylaws of the estate.
  • Conduct regular inspections and recommend necessary repair, replacement, or improvement works.
  • Monitor agreements, licenses, insurance, and contractor contracts for timely renewal.
  • Oversee the procurement processes for the estates managed.
  • Track and monitor repair and replacement works for regular updates.
  • Provide essential customer service support to residents and owners.
  • Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and General Meetings.
  • Follow up on matters discussed and decided during meetings.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly estate reports, including service provider performance, owner feedback, and utilities consumption.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of correspondence.
  • Prepare Management and Sinking Fund budgets.
  • Work closely with HQ accounts to manage the recovery of arrears.
  • Perform other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
