A luxury real estate firm is seeking a Senior Property Advisor in South Delhi to lead high-value residential sales.     You will be responsible for leading high-value residential sales assignments across South Delhi, acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients, executing transaction strategies from prospecting to closing, collaborating with internal teams and external partners for superior client delivery, and maintaining market intelligence and competitive insights. The role requires at least 10 years of experience in luxury residential property sales, extensive knowledge and experience in the South Delhi market, strong client servicing and business development background, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated revenue generation and sales leadership, and a stable career progression with relevant industry experience. Preferred industry backgrounds include luxury real estate firms, premium hospitality and concierge services, private banking and wealth management, and high-value lifestyle or luxury goods sales.The ideal candidate should have IPC experience preferred (e.g., former roles at Colliers, Zege, DLF, etc.), strong communication skills, local market understanding, and a stable career record. Local candidates from Delhi NCR/Gurgaon are highly preferred. This individual contributor role reports to MD - Residential Services and focuses on luxury property sales in South Delhi. You will work independently to drive business development, manage premium transactions, and support high-value clients end-to-end.,
