Job Title: Senior Project & Production Suprevisor – New Project Sourcing

Role Overview:
We are urgently seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Project & Production Supervisor – New Project Sourcing to lead the identification, evaluation, and initiation of new project opportunities. You will be working under and reporting to the Senior Management Team and this role involves new project analysis at the site (shipyard), stakeholder engagement, feasibility assessments, and coordination of cross-functional efforts to bring new projects into the pipeline and prepare them for execution such as preparing for quotation, price negotiation and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business/project opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.
• Conduct Client information by doing internal research, industry trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to discover potential leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential new and existing clients team
• Assess project feasibility, including financial, technical, and regulatory factors.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and documentation for project approvals, quotations and tenders.
• Monitor and manage project sourcing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Present project sourcing updates and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all sourced projects align with company objectives, risk profiles, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Past track record in Marine industry (painting & blasting, scaffolding and/or piping)
• Result driven and minimum experience of more than 5 in project & production management, business development, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple project leads simultaneously.
• Wide knowledge with local government (MOM/BCA) mandatory regulations, preparing Risk Assessment and Safety
• Pro-active with good attitude and attribute.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market conditions.

• Work location in Tuas & Jurong areas
• 5.5 days/week with flexibility of alternate Saturday
• Available in short or 1 month notice
