Location: Singapore | Industry: F&B / Restaurant Construction

KFC and Pizza Hut Singapore are growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us bring our iconic restaurants to life across the island.

In this hands-on construction leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading end-to-end restaurant construction and renovation projects

Overseeing FOH & BOH design and build that enhance guest experience and operations

Managing budgets, timelines, contractors, and regulatory approvals

Coaching a team of 5–6 project executives/managers

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and government agencies

What You’ll Bring:

• 5–7 years’ experience in F&B or retail project management (restaurant builds essential)
• Technical expertise in M&E, civil works, and architectural coordination
• Strong understanding of kitchen layout, customer flow, and back-end operations
• Great leadership, time management, and stakeholder communication skills
