This position reports to:
Head of Project Management

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the execution of medium to large, complex E-House, Oil & Gas, and Offshore Wind projects with international clients. You will ensure all activities comply with ABB's policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

• Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee project hand-over, planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
• Provide leadership and actively participate in continuous improvement and simplification initiatives.
• Support local Sales and Tendering teams through early involvement in tenders.
• Drive formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment, all in accordance with the contract.
• Define, together with the Project Controller, all project plan documents, including scope, financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.

Qualifications for the role

• Highly skilled in managing project teams and capable of engaging and motivating people from diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Engineering, supply chain management, and strong project management skills.
• Extensive experience handling complex E-house, Electrification, and Automation projects within Oil and Gas, Offshore, FPSO, etc.
• Degree in Engineering with approximately 15+ years of project management experience.
• Fluent in English with good collaboration and presentation skills.
