Senior / Project Manager (MRT Project, A1 main con) - JWY

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading A1 Main Contractor with a prestigious portfolio spanning civil MRT, mixed-use developments, private residential, institutional, and commercial projects. As part of their continued delivery of national infrastructure, they are seeking a Senior / Project Manager to take over leadership of an ongoing MRT project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for the ongoing MRT project—from planning and execution through to completion

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations

• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, budget, timelines, and LTA regulations and requirements

• Monitor and report on project progress, risk management, and cost control measures

• Oversee the preparation and submission of documentation in compliance with LTA standards

• Conduct and chair regular coordination meetings to align all stakeholders and resolve project issues

• Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all project stages

• Provide leadership and mentoring to project engineers, site supervisors, and supporting staff

• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in civil infrastructure, preferably in MRT or LTA projects

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure projects in Singapore

• Familiarity with LTA procedures and requirements is a must

• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to handle pressure and deliver outcomes within strict deadlines
