Senior/Project Manager – (Mixed Development, A1 main Contractor) - JWY

We are representing a leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, known for its expertise in delivering large-scale and prestigious projects across private residential, mixed developments, institutional buildings, and public infrastructure.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior/Project Manager to lead a high-profile mixed development project. This role involves managing the entire construction lifecycle, from initial planning and design coordination to final delivery, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the construction project, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment across project stages

• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower allocation, and procurement plans

• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and risk assessments

• Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly and effectively

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and authority requirements (e.g., BCA, LTA)

• Report to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and key issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline

• Degree recognized by PE Board Singapore is not a must but an advantage

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion

• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiar with construction codes, regulations, and project management software
