Job summary

combuilder pte ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive information systems projects in Singapore. You will lead initiatives from planning through rollout and operation, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing scope, budget and schedule, and communicating updates to clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in data science, CS, or engineering and 5+ years of project management experience, with PMP/CITPM as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably managing project teams.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, rollout and transition to operations.
• Experience managing information systems projects.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• PMP / CITPM certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure timely delivery, scope and budget are met.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation across project teams.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
• Monitor project progress and key milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks, including schedule, cost and performance.
• Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Provide project updates and escape issues to management when required.
• Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to rollout and transition to operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
