• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Act as a key liaison between sales & client project managers in assigned territories.
• Contribute to the sales process & provide support during pre-sales.
• Oversee machine installation and ensure training is delivered effectively.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager Cum Chief Engineer to serve as the critical interface between Sales, Client Project Managers in assigned territories, and our internal Engineering Departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the semiconductor industry and a proven track record in project management and engineering coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between sales & client project managers in assigned territories and the engineering departments
• Contributes to the sales process & provide support during pre-sales.
• Involved in projects engineering & development to meet clients’ requirements.
• Provides Technical support and conducts feasibility studies with product specialists.
• Coordination of Engineering tasks to meet project deadline.
• Coordination of machine installation & Training.
• Oversee machine installation, commissioning, and ensure training is delivered to clients effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience in a technical environment, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with semiconductor backend processes.
• Regional project management experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for project coordination and client support.
