Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a capable project management professional to contribute to development projects (industrial/non-industrial), A&A projects or R&R of industrial estates.

You will collaborate with government agencies, planners, architects and engineers on concept designs, prepare project briefs and lead tender processes to select consultants and contractors, and coordinate their work to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture/Civil/M&E Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in building developments across developer, consultancy and contractor organisations.
• Having experience in public sector projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work with government agencies, land planners, architects and engineers on concept designs of construction projects.
• Prepare project briefs and lead tender preparation to select and appoint project consultants and contractors, and coordinate and monitor their work.
• Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and propose appropriate solutions.
• Lead in managing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure projects are delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner.
