Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, incl. 5+ years in Project Management within Banking IT/Financial Services.
• Proven experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading or participating in Steering Committees with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of project objectives, delivery commitments, scope, budget and timelines.
• Lead project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource planning and capacity management.
• Facilitate governance forums and senior management steering committees.
• Define requirements and delivery priorities with Product Owners, BAs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple applications, squads and transversal tech teams.
• Support requirements gathering, analyses and solution definition.
• Collaborate on SIT strategy, test cases, results and defect resolution.
• Support UAT with business users and stakeholders through issue resolution.
• Manage release planning and adapt plans as priorities change.
• Oversee vendors, maintenance costs, budgets and commercial proposals.
• Identify risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Provide regular project reporting to management.
