A leading services firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on Global Business Services and strategic BPO engagement. The ideal candidate should have extensive project management experience and expertise in change management and operational excellence. The role involves driving process improvements and collaborating with various stakeholders to align transformation goals with business strategies.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly self-motivated Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on establishing Global Business Services and managing strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strong project leadership with deep operational expertise to drive scalable solutions, enhance service delivery, and optimize global processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional transformation projects, including the setup and scaling of Global Business Services
Drive end-to-end transitions of business processes across geographies while ensuring seamless change management
Develop governance frameworks and operating models to support global service delivery
Support and manage the selection process and relationships with BPO vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and SLA adherence
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and operations to align transformation goals with business strategy
Create project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments for critical transformation initiatives
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership through progress reports, metrics tracking, and improvement recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)
8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years leading transformation or GBS-related programs
Proven success in establishing Global Business Services across multiple regions
Demonstrated experience working with third-party BPO providers—onboarding, governance and optimization
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at executive levels
Expertise in change management, process redesign, and operational excellence
Proficiency with tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and project portfolio management platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects. Experience in setting-up global business services entity will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
