Responsibilities
Expectation of the roles and responsibilities: Minimum experience of at least 6 years in project management/Coordination roles, ideally in the landscaping, construction or A&A works, sense of urgency, strong sense of mission and costing.
Company Transport Will be Provided.
- Attend Site Meetings and conduct Daily Toolbox meetings with workers.
- Planning and present schedule using scheduling software and daily coordination work for multiple sites.
- Managing client's calls on Site progress and answering enquiries on Site related issues as fast as possible on all form of communication channels like whatsapp or Email.
- Logistics planning for transport of materials and equipment on site, including tracking site material usages as well as coordination with subcontractor removal works specialist.
- Administrative routine such as submission of safety related documentation prior to the start of work which consists of safe work procedures, method of statement for work and Risk Assessment.
- Risk management implementation for Site Safety compliance.
- Ensuring workers meet their monthly work completion targets on site and provide advance catch-up schedules if needed.
- Able to work in a team and provide constant feedback on ways to improve existing coordination methods.
- Added advantage for those who are able to read construction drawings (Revit, autodesk, autocad)
- To be able to lead your project coordinators on Site survey and site measurement including attending official Handover meeting for completed Sites.
- Feedback on Worker's working rate and any compliance issues to the management.
- Highlight Site issues and provide possible suggestions to solve the problems during Weekly Internal Project Meeting.
- Commend on worker's working attitude and recommend fines for those who is found liable of causing safety problems or conflicts among workers.
