Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Create and manage the adaptive delivery plan for multiple Vietnam Engineering.
2. Driving force behind release planning and rolling out Software Releases (epics and features) into production, including managing cross-Domain dependencies.
3. Responsible for managing the progressive elaboration of business outcomes to epics and features in collaboration with scrum masters and their squads: the right amount of planning and design for eNable-focused delivery.
4. Responsible to facilitate the twice-weekly Scrum of Scrums for all squads in the developing stage of features for a single business outcome with associated Scrum Masters to remove blockers.
5. Release Train Sequencing.
6. Capacity planning.
7. Manage the financials and on-time delivery of releases.
8. Decisions pertaining to the flow of work across multiple releases.
9. Go live planning, contingency plan, rollback plan, rehearsal.
10. Ownership of Sub-Domain delivery roadmaps.
11. Delivery and integration planning of new solutions across Sub-Domains.
12. Ensure capacity plans are up to date in Rally, maintain the hygiene around the backlogs, and manage the Business Outcome financials.
13. Vendor management (where applicable).
14. Facilitate execution across a diverse set of Agile development teams to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
15. Keep key stakeholders informed of overall progress against the release commitments.
16. Manage dependencies across squads and remove roadblocks to drive outcomes with product owners and business stakeholders.
17. Escalation points for dealing with issues, and risks and removing bottlenecks/impediments.
18. Provide support for the financial management of business outcomes and epics within the remit.
19. Responsible for driving capacity planning of Technology resources for assigned squads.
20. Service the team and coach Software Releases (epics and features) and support the implementation of new and better ways of working using Agile frameworks and methods.

Job Requirements

Must have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years project management experience, relating to major IT and or Business projects.
3. Extensive experience with agile software development life cycles and processes.
4. Demonstrated track record of bringing continuous improvement to bear.
5. Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management. Able to navigate a large complex organization and build relationships with Senior stakeholders using informal and formal networks.
6. Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets.
7. Track record of strong experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business.
8. Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and business process-based solutions.
9. Strong project management skills (including dependency, risk, and issues management).
10. Strong strategic planning capabilities.

Nice to have:

1. Manage the financials and on-time delivery of releases.
2. Experience working in large enterprise organizations e.g. banking.
3. Exposure to Microservices, Web and Cloud technologies.
4. Degree in Computer Science, Information System or similar.
5. Project Management Professional (PMP certification preferred).
6. Agile Certified Scrum Master.
7. Preferable domain: data, data migration/ security / network / hardware / MS platform/ desktop application, etc.
