Charge+ in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan and deliver EV charging infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

You will lead a Projects team, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and promote safety while aligning with ISO management system requirements. The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, 7+ years in electrical installation and PM, and a driving license.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical installation and project management.
• Experience with ISO management systems and requirements.
• Experience with electrical system design including SLD.
• Proven experience in managing and developing technical and projects teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management and safety management skills.
• Class 3/3A driving license; own transport preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and deliver EV charging infrastructure projects from initiation to completion within timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Set directions and provide coordination and best practices for the Projects team in the planning and execution of EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, Licensed Electrical Workers, internal teams and other stakeholders on project costs and scheduling for cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Promote compliance with workplace safety requirements and address safety risks in project execution.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company’s ISO management system and ensure ISO compliance.

• Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, Licensed Electrical Workers, internal teams and other stakeholders on project costs and project scheduling to achieve cost-effective and timely project delivery.
• Promote compliance with workplace safety requirements and identifying and addressing safety risks associated with project execution.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company’s ISO management system and ensuring compliance with applicable ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in electrical installation and project management.
• Experience working with ISO management systems and requirements
• Experience with electrical system design including Single Line Diagram (SLD)
• Proven experience in managing and developing technical and projects teams
• Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management and safety management skills.
• Class 3/3A driving license; own transport is preferred but not mandatory.
