Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, PR, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of AI initiatives
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying risks, blockers, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of AI solutions, ensuring they meet the product’s requirements and acceptance criteria
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are executed cost‑effectively and within scope
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that success metrics and KPIs are well defined and tracked according to the initiative
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a technology, product, or software development environment
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives in a fast‑paced technology company setting
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday.com)
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and apply them at work in an agile, fast‑paced environment

Nice‑to‑Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud‑based AI deployment
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI‑driven product development

Education & Experience

4‑year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirements

Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
