Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a senior professional to drive business development and profitability in the interior design and carpentry sector. You will identify new opportunities, implement growth plans and lead stakeholder engagement with architects, contractors, developers and owners.

You will manage a team of project supervisors, inspire the team, and report to top management, leveraging strong technical knowledge to deliver results and support growth in the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience in carpentry, interior design, furniture design, costing of furniture and interior works.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and enhance profitability by identifying new business opportunities and implementing business development plans.
• Inspire the existing team or drive organizational changes to ensure growth.
• Front and interface with consultants and stakeholders including architects, main contractors, developers and owners.
• Manage a team of project supervisors.
• Report to top management.
