The Senior Project Manager role at Arup involves managing regional office fit-outs, relocation projects, and commercial/office restack projects for a key global client. This position requires proactive client engagement, resource management, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of project objectives.

The Opportunity

  • Deliver client-side commercial fit-out projects, both for restacks and new builds.
  • Apply project management expertise to lead and deliver work in a coordinated, controlled manner.
  • Drive commercial success by demonstrating strong commercial discipline and delivering high-quality work.
  • Liaise with key client stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of set project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to build relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Is this role right for you?

  • 5-10 years of experience in Project Management or Advisory roles within the consulting sector or a client organization.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, architecture, business, or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation such as AiPM, Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), PMP, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage project time, quality, and performance effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare impactful project reports for clients.
