Senior Project Executive / Project Executive for Sheltered Workshop

Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organisation dedicated to serving persons with disabilities and the needy disadvantaged group, through vocational training and employment in our sheltered employment programme and social enterprises. We are looking for a senior project executive or project executive to work with a team of trainers and allied health professional in our packing and fulfilment division.

Job Description

Operations

1. Plan and execute work procedures to ensure smooth running operation of packing projects in the packing and fulfilmentsocial enterprise

2. Work with operation staff to manage the manpower and logistics requirements of packing projects

3. Liaise with customers and external vendors on ensuring project deliverables are met.

4. Work with trainers to develop and set individual training goals for client in LnF

5. Work with allied health professionals to support persons with disabilities

6. Manage the house-keeping and safety matters pertaining to the clients in the sheltered workshop

7. Conduct learning journeys for partners and stakeholders.

Sales

1. Identify business opportunities and prospect for sales for logistic and fulfilment social enterprises – packing and fulfilment

2. Work with manager on sales enquiries, preparation of costing, quotations and tenders

Job Requirements

1. Diploma holder with a minimum 5 years of related working experience in any customer centric, logistic, or social service sector.

2. A team player, task oriented and possess good communication and customer service skills

3. Passionate about working with persons with disabilities
