Senior Project Executive – Lift & Escalator Projects

• Work Location: Near Kaki Bukit MRT
• Salary: S$4,500 – S$5,500/month (commensurate with experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

The Senior Project Executive oversees lift and escalator projects from initiation to handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and in line with client requirements. This role focuses on project coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation, while maintaining accountability for the overall project delivery and engaging the right specialists to resolve technical issues when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend weekly on-site project meetings and monthly site safety meetings with clients.
• Participate in monthly payment collection meetings at the office.
• Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs.
• Track and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Manage purchase requisitions, documentation, and cost tracking via SAP (Goods/Service Receipt, costing reports).
• Prepare and submit purchase catalogues, sample boards, and site reports.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients to arrange site access and coordinate routine job procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and escalate site issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in vertical transportation (elevators/escalators).
• Candidates from construction or M&E project management backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project (must-have).
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage (training can be provided).
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Independent, responsible, and able to work effectively in teams.
• Comfortable with site-based work and occasional weekend duties depending on project needs.
